Jonathan Coleman

Pastor

Jonathan Coleman is a Mississippi native. He felt God’s call to ministry the summer of his senior year. He holds degrees from Mississippi College and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Jonathan came on staff at Mission Dorado Baptist Church in December of 2018 and in October of 2021 he became the Senior Pastor.

Natalie and Jonathan have four children, Mackenzie, Titus, Timothy, and Mariah. Mackenzie is a 6th grader who loves baking, music, and arts/crafts. Titus is a 4th grader who loves any sport with a ball. Timothy is a 3 year old who loves baseball, playgrounds, and his family!  Mariah was born in July of 2022 and loves her family! Jonathan’s interests include spending time exploring new places with his family, golf, looking for the perfect cup of coffee, and convincing his sons that they are not ninjas so they can’t jump off elevated objects. Most importantly Jonathan is most passionate about making relationships with those around him to tell them about the life-changing relationship that they can have with Jesus Christ and leading his family to do the same.
